In 1963, Richard Egger embarked on a journey that would lay the foundation for Egger Excavating. With a single used Case backhoe and a willingness to take a chance, he began digging basements for Jack Cowan in Haldimand County.

 

Over the past six decades, and two generations, Egger Excavating has evolved into a full-service excavation company, providing a wide range of services including septic systems, construction site development, cisterns, shorelines, demolition, agricultural solutions, and trucking.
